How Do I Order Ahead?

Call us at (520) 620-9123 to place a pick-up order. Orders will be ready for pick up one hour after it is placed. Curb-side is available for our at-risk patients, call and let us know.

Can I return opened products?

All sales are final. According to state regulation around cannabis sales, all cannabis purchases are considered final sales, except when the product is defective or recalled. If there are any questions or concerns, reach out to us at delivery@naturemedinc.com to let us know your thoughts on the product.

How do I check my allotment?

In order to protect our patients privacy and to be compliant with ADHS, we are not able to give your allotment over the phone. You will need to come in and present your valid AZ Medical Marijuana Card so that way we are able to release this information to you. Feel free to login to the ADHS Patient Portal to check your allotment at home by visiting the homepage here.

Do I need a MMJ Card to purchase CBD?

When buying hemp-based CBD oil (must contain less than .3% of THC) you will not need a card.
